Tropic Builders, Inc. was founded in Florida with the purpose to offer high quality structural concrete restoration, and painting services for commercial buildings, condominium communities, hotels and government buildings.
Donald Markus, President & CEO of Tropic Builders has been an active State Licensed General Contractor since 1989 and has built a wide range of residential and commercial projects. His extensive range of projects include restoration of several historically significant buildings in the Truman Annex, Mel Fishers Museum in Old Town Key West to structural repairs at Pratt-Whitney’s Jet Engine Testing Laboratory.
In addition to commercial projects, Tropic Builders has extensive experience in residential remodeling and structural repairs on historic homes and established residences throughout South Florida.
